First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a 12-week volleyball-specific warm-up program (called VOLLEY12+) could improve balance and movement control in teenage male volleyball players. Twenty-four players aged 15 to 17 took part, with half doing the special warm-up and half doing their usual routine. The goal was to see if this program could help prevent injuries by improving how players control their bodies during play.
