First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether a 12-week volleyball-specific warm-up program (VOLLEY12+) could improve balance and movement control in 24 male players aged 15-17. Half did the special warm-up, half did their usual routine. The goal was to see if the program could help prevent injuries by improving how players move and keep their balance.
