First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests an 18-week program where people with mild dementia and their family caregivers learn sport stacking (quickly stacking and unstacking cups) together. The goal is to see if this fun, at-home activity improves thinking, mood, and quality of life for both. About 144 pairs will take part, with some receiving the program and others getting basic dementia education.
