Can a better shoe help COPD patients breathe easier?

Summary
This study is testing if special 'active' sports shoes, designed to make walking easier, can help people with severe COPD. Researchers will have 75 participants walk in their usual shoes and in the special shoes to see if they can walk farther and feel less breathless. The goal is to find a simple, low-cost way to improve daily mobility for people with this lung condition.
