Summary
This study is testing a weight-loss drug called Spartina® (Tirzepatide) in 175 adults with obesity or overweight. Participants will receive the drug and be monitored for weight loss and side effects. The goal is to see if the drug works and is safe in everyday use, not just in controlled lab conditions.
