Summary

This study tests whether 8 nurse home visits can help older adults (50+) who have ongoing pain, depressive symptoms, and trouble moving around. The nurses will work with participants on managing pain and mood. The goal is to see if this approach reduces pain intensity, pain interference, and depression.
