Summary
This study looks at whether giving parents of children with chronic conditions a mental health questionnaire during clinic visits can help spot stress, anxiety, or depression. About 100 parents will fill out the survey, get their results and a list of support services, and be checked again at 3 and 6 months. The goal is to see if this process is acceptable and practical in a busy hospital setting.
