Summary
This study tested a 4.5-hour class program (spread over three weeks) to see if it could improve the health and wellness of healthcare providers, specifically bedside nurses. 31 nurses participated, filling out questionnaires and giving saliva samples before, one week after, and one month after the classes. The goal was to see if the program helped with stress, anxiety, depression, and overall well-being.
