Summary

This study tests a diet called SOLOS, which combines soluble fiber and special carbohydrates, to see if it improves bowel movements and reduces stomach discomfort in adults with chronic constipation or IBS-C. About 180 participants will follow the diet and report their symptoms. The goal is to find a simple, food-based way to manage constipation without medication.
