Summary
This study tests a diet called SOLOS, which adds soluble fiber and certain carbohydrates to meals, to see if it improves constipation and related gut symptoms. Researchers will enroll 180 adults with chronic constipation or irritable bowel syndrome with constipation. The goal is to find a simple dietary approach that reduces discomfort and increases bowel movements.
