NCT ID NCT07599930

First seen May 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 05, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a daily snack rich in plant chemicals and fiber can improve common perimenopause symptoms like hot flashes, mood changes, and sleep problems. Researchers will also check if the snack changes gut bacteria, which might be linked to symptom relief. The trial involves 20 women aged 40-55 who are not on hormone therapy.
