First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study compares how full and satisfied people feel after eating a high-protein snack bar versus a high-carbohydrate snack bar. About 150 healthy adults aged 18-65 with a normal or slightly overweight BMI will participate. Each person visits twice, eating one type of bar each time, and rates their hunger and fullness over two hours. They also eat from a buffet to measure how much food they consume after the snack.
