App-Based rehab keeps heart patients moving

Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app and phone calls could help people with heart disease do rehab at home instead of going to a clinic. 258 veterans took part. The goal was to see if this approach improved their ability to exercise, helped them stick with the program, and reduced hospital visits.
