Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app and regular phone calls could help people with heart disease complete their cardiac rehabilitation at home. 258 veterans took part. The goal was to see if this remote program improved exercise ability, symptom monitoring, and reduced hospital visits compared to standard care.
