Smart insoles step up: can they match lab tests for walking analysis?
NCT ID NCT07237386
Summary
This study aims to see if smart insoles can measure walking patterns as accurately as a specialized lab system. Researchers will compare measurements from pressure-sensitive insoles worn in shoes with those from an advanced treadmill lab in 30 people recovering from stroke or spinal cord injury. The goal is to determine if these insoles could be used for reliable walking assessments outside of laboratory settings.
