Smart insoles step up: can they match lab tests for walking analysis?
NCT ID NCT07237386
Summary
This study aims to see if a commercially available smart insole can measure walking patterns as accurately as a specialized lab treadmill system. Researchers will test 30 people who are recovering from conditions like stroke or spinal cord injury. The goal is to validate the insoles so they can be used to monitor walking in everyday, real-world settings outside of a lab.
