New hope for PNH: experimental drug SLN12140 enters phase II trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug called SLN12140 in adults with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) who have never received complement inhibitor therapy. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce a key blood marker (LDH) by at least 60% and improve symptoms. Ten participants will be enrolled and followed for safety and effectiveness over several months.
