Nurse-Led sleep program aims to prevent childhood obesity

Summary
This study compares two approaches to help children ages 6-11 sleep longer: working one-on-one with a nurse on sleep strategies versus receiving educational handouts. About 50 families from Temple Pediatrics will participate. The goal is to see if improving sleep can prevent excessive weight gain.
