Summary
This study tests whether a special sleep program helps teens aged 10–19 recover from a concussion more quickly. About 54 participants will either get standard sleep advice or a detailed sleep plan. The goal is to see if better sleep leads to faster symptom relief, improved mood, and better school focus.
