Summary

This study looks at whether oxygen, finasteride, or acetazolamide can help reduce sleep apnea in adults aged 60 and older with mild to moderate sleep apnea. Researchers will measure breathing stability and sleep quality. The goal is to find new, effective treatments for elderly Veterans.
