Summary

This study is for Veterans aged 60 and older with mild to moderate sleep apnea. Researchers want to see if three treatments—oxygen, finasteride, and acetazolamide—can help stabilize breathing during sleep. The goal is to find new, effective ways to improve sleep and overall health in older adults.
