Scientists seek clues in tears and saliva to unlock mysteries of dry eye disease
NCT ID NCT05056012
Summary
This study aims to collect long-term follow-up information from people who previously took part in a Sjögren's research study. Researchers will gather samples like tears, saliva, and blood, and perform eye and mouth exams. The goal is to better understand how dry eye conditions, with or without Sjögren's syndrome, change over time and what biological markers are involved.
