Summary
This study tests whether adding an experimental drug called silevertinib to standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) helps people with a specific type of newly diagnosed glioblastoma live longer without their cancer growing. The trial is for patients whose tumors have certain genetic markers (unmethylated MGMT and EGFRvIII). About 162 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug combo or standard treatment alone.
