Summary

This study compares two common shoulder replacement surgeries—anatomic and reverse—for people with shoulder arthritis and an intact rotator cuff. About 108 participants will be randomly assigned to one surgery and followed for a year to measure pain, function, and quality of life. The goal is to determine which procedure leads to better outcomes.
