Sound waves to speed up knee surgery recovery?

Summary
This study is testing if adding focused shock wave therapy to standard physical therapy helps people recover better from ACL knee surgery. Researchers will compare two groups: one gets standard rehab, and the other gets standard rehab plus weekly shock wave sessions. They will measure improvements in muscle strength, balance, knee movement, pain, and overall function.
