Summary

This study will check if working night shifts harms the heart's ability to relax and fill with blood, a condition called diastolic dysfunction. Researchers will compare healthcare workers who work nights with those who don't. About 60 participants will fill out surveys, get a heart ultrasound, and wear a blood pressure monitor.
