Can talking about sex during pregnancy improve your relationship?

Summary

This study tests whether sexual counseling based on the extended plissit model can improve sexual function, marital adjustment, and emotional health in pregnant women. About 70 pregnant women between 16-20 weeks will be randomly assigned to receive the counseling or standard care. Researchers will measure changes in sexual function, depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship quality before delivery and three months after birth.
