Brain zaps for nerve pain: new trial tests targeted stimulation

Summary
This early study tests a brain stimulation technique for people with long-term nerve pain that hasn't responded to other treatments. About 20 adults will receive a surgically placed device to stimulate specific brain networks. The main goal is to see if the procedure is feasible and if it can safely reduce pain.
