Blood test may spare HPV throat cancer patients from unnecessary radiation

Summary
This study is for people with HPV-related throat cancer. It tests whether a blood test (ctDNA) can identify patients who are at very low risk of their cancer returning after surgery. If the test is negative, they may not need radiation, which has serious side effects. The goal is to give radiation only to those who truly need it.
