Summary
This study looks at whether eating Saskatoon berries can improve how the body handles sugar and cholesterol, and how it affects gut bacteria. Researchers will measure changes in blood sugar, cholesterol, and gut microbes to see if this berry could help prevent type 2 diabetes.
