Summary
This study tested whether a simple home exercise program and/or protein supplements could help prevent falls in older adults at risk of muscle loss (sarcopenia). Over 800 seniors who were already frail or had low protein intake took part. The goal was to see if these easy, low-cost approaches could reduce falls and maintain strength.
