New heart drug enters first human safety tests

Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called RO7763505 in healthy people and those with stable coronary artery disease. The main goal is to check safety and how the body processes the drug, not to treat the disease. About 196 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo in different doses.
