Summary

This early-stage study is testing an experimental drug called RO7763505 to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. The trial involves about 196 participants, first in healthy volunteers and then in people with stable coronary artery disease. Researchers will monitor side effects and measure drug levels in the blood, but this study is not designed to treat or cure the disease.
