First seen Feb 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests two drugs, sirolimus and everolimus, taken once a week to see if they can safely slow the aging process in healthy adults aged 55 to 89. Participants take one of three dose levels for 6 weeks, and researchers monitor side effects and drug levels in the blood. The goal is to find a dose that works without causing serious problems.
