Summary

This study tested a mobile app designed to help middle-aged adults with type 1 diabetes exercise more safely and confidently. The app uses data from blood sugar monitors, activity, mood, and sleep to give personalized tips and encouragement. 24 people took part to see if the app was easy to use and helpful. The goal was to make exercise less stressful and more routine for people managing diabetes.
