Summary
This study tested a mobile app designed to help middle-aged adults with type 1 diabetes exercise more safely and confidently. The app uses data from blood sugar monitors, activity, mood, and sleep to give personalized tips. 24 participants used the app to see if it was easy to use and helpful. The goal was to make exercise less risky and more routine for people with diabetes.
