Heart drug shows promise for adults born with heart defects

Summary
This study tests whether a drug called sacubitril-valsartan can improve heart structure and function in adults with congenital heart disease. About 45 participants will be randomly assigned to receive the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if the drug helps the heart pump better and improves quality of life.
