Could a common heart drug help adults born with heart defects?

Summary
This study tests whether a drug called sacubitril-valsartan can improve heart structure and function in adults with congenital heart disease. About 45 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. Researchers will measure changes in heart imaging, blood markers, and quality of life over time.
