Summary
This study tested the drug ruxolitinib for children and adults who develop early lung problems after a stem cell transplant. Lung issues like bronchiolitis obliterans are common and often found too late. The goal was to see if adding ruxolitinib to standard treatment could reverse lung injury and prevent long-term damage. The study was stopped early after enrolling only 7 participants.
