Summary
This study tested whether a non-invasive treatment called repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) could improve memory and thinking in 32 older veterans with mild cognitive impairment or dementia. Participants received rTMS sessions, and researchers measured changes in memory tests and blood markers. The goal was to see if this brain stimulation technique could ease symptoms of cognitive decline.
