NCT ID NCT07244250
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study will check how well root canal treatments work when done in general dental clinics, not just at specialist offices. About 1,500 adults who had a root canal in 2023 will get a free, painless check-up and X-ray three years later. The goal is to see how many teeth still show signs of infection and what happens to those that do.
