Summary
This study looked at how well a special dental material (calcium silicate sealer) works when re-treating root canals that have failed. 136 adults aged 18-65 with infected teeth were included. The main goal was to see if the infection healed on 3D X-rays and if symptoms like pain or swelling went away.
