Summary
This study looks at whether changing the temperature or using ultrasound on the cleaning liquid during a root canal can lower pain and bacteria more than the usual method. Sixty adults with a painful tooth infection will get one of four rinses: room-temperature, chilled, heated, or ultrasound-activated. The goal is to find a simple way to make root canals more comfortable and effective.
