Exercise alters gut bugs to fight fatigue in breast cancer survivors

Summary
This study looks at how exercise affects the gut microbiome (the bacteria living in your gut) and whether those changes help reduce fatigue and other symptoms in breast cancer survivors. About 126 women who have finished primary treatment for breast cancer and still feel tired will take part. Researchers will collect stool and blood samples to measure gut bacteria and inflammation before and after an exercise program.
