New 5-Arm robot enters operating room for stomach cancer surgery

Summary
This study is testing a new robotic surgery system with an extra 'fifth arm' for patients with stomach cancer. Ten patients in Hong Kong and Japan will have their cancer removed using this experimental robotic system. The main goals are to see if the surgery can be completed successfully with the robot and to check for any safety issues or complications.
