Robotic arm training shows promise for stroke recovery

Summary
This study compares two ways of using a robot to help people who had a stroke more than 3 months ago regain arm and hand function. About 72 adults aged 20-75 will receive 18 therapy sessions over 6 weeks. The goal is to see which robotic training sequence works better for improving movement and daily activities.
