First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests a new robot that helps people who had a stroke 6 months to 3 years ago improve their walking. The robot encourages patients to move their legs actively rather than just moving them passively. 60 participants will receive 15 training sessions over 5 weeks, and researchers will measure walking speed, balance, and brain activity changes.
