Summary
This study tests whether the migraine drug rimegepant can quickly relieve sudden dizziness in adults aged 18 to 65. It includes people with vestibular migraine or benign recurrent vertigo who have moderate to severe dizziness. The main goal is to see if dizziness drops from moderate/severe to none/mild within one hour of taking the drug.
