Summary

This study tests whether rimegepant, a drug used for migraines, can quickly reduce dizziness from conditions like vestibular migraine. About 370 adults with moderate to severe dizziness will receive either rimegepant plus betahistine or betahistine alone. The main goal is to see if dizziness drops from moderate/severe to none/mild within one hour.
