New dental implant technique aims to help patients with thin jawbones

Summary
This study tests a dental implant method for people with a narrow jawbone. The procedure splits the bone and places an implant covered with a special growth factor membrane to help healing. Ten adults aged 20-50 with good oral health will be enrolled. The study will measure pain and bone healing using scans and exams.
